We support housing providers to identify the principal asset data stewards in the business and create a data structure to support day to day processes. This can be completed using existing internal systems or prepare data and processes for new systems coming online.
This base forms the source data for analysis which can be updated as and when a primary change to the property status takes place. These changes are identified as data capture points, as they materially change one or more of the property attributes and bespoke processes can be created to manage these across the business.
Working with asset related data is not rocket science but it does need a little consistency and order to show its true worth. Tintabee supports teams to collaborate, identify and capture core information that can be validated continually to retain its value.
The property charging process involves multiple players and processes and once complete requires both internal and stakeholder periodic reporting. We support housing providers at every stage, from the very start of the process when a portfolio of properties is selected to the ongoing management of the loan portfolio. Business plan forecasts, lender profiles and risk appetite, selection of solicitors and valuers, considering security trusts and forms of communication are all considered. The aim is to maximise the property value and financing available throughout the life of the loan, and not just at the start of the process.
Monitoring and reporting is key to managing loan security portfolios and we can support housing providers to deliver a variety of internal, external and statutory reports. Our reporting approach will align with existing treasury policy as well as stakeholder loan security covenant requirements. We guide teams on performance indicators and rules they can adopt, and a sound knowledge of the sector reporting calendars and stakeholder network supports us to to deliver a quality reporting service throughout the financial year.
